بررسی تنوع خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی جمعیت‏های دو گونه گیاه استپی Stipa barbata var arabica و Stipa hohenackeriana در استان اصفهان

چکیده

به منظور بررسی عملکرد علوفه، بذر و اجزاء عملکرد دو گونه از گیاه استپی، 16 جمعیت از گونهStipa barbata  و 10 جمعیت از گونه
 Stipa hohenackeriana از رویشگاه‏های اصلی آنها در استان اصفهان جمع آوری گردید و در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 3 تکراردر شرایط زراعی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تفاوت بین میانگین دو گونه برای اغلب صفات مهم مانند عملکرد علوفه و بذر معنی‏دار بود. جمعیت رحمت آباد از گونه S. hohenackeriana و جمعیت پل کله از گونه S. barbata با عملکرد علوفه به ترتیب معادل 3333 و 3129 کیلوگرم در هکتار، به عنوان جمعیت‏های برتر از نظر این صفت شناسایی شدند. پنج مولفه اول در تجزیه به مولفه‏های اصلی، 73 درصد از کل واریانس متغیرها را توجیه کرد که عامل اول عامل عملکرد، عامل دوم و سوم عوامل رویشی، عامل چهارم عامل اجزاء عملکرد و عامل پنجم به صفت نسبت وزن خشک به تر اختصاص داشت. تجزیه خوشه‏ای، جمعیت‏های دو گونه را در دو گروه متفاوت قرار داد که این گروه‏ها از نظرعملکرد علوفه و عملکرد بذر تفاوت معنی‏داری داشتند.

In order to study forage yield, seed yield and its components in two species of Stipa, 16 genotypes of S. barbata  and 10 genotypes of S. hohenackeriana were collected from natural habitats in Esfahan province and evaluated with a completely randomized design with three replications in farm condition. Based on the results, there was a significant difference between two species for most of the important traits such as forage yield and seed yield. Rahmat Abad Khansar population of S.hohenackeriana and Polkale population of S. barbata showed higher forage yield (3333 and 3129 kg/ha, respectively). The first five components determined 73% of total variation. The first component named as yield factor, the second and the third factors as vegetative factors, the forth component as yield component factor and the fifth factor as dry weight/wet weight. Cluster analysis classified populations into two groups with distinct variations for seed yield and forage yield.
