چکیده

خلر (Lathyrus) بزرگترین جنس در قبیله مهم اقتصادی Fabeae است. از خلر به صورت چند منظوره در تغذیه دام، کاشت در اراضی کم بازده، مقاومت به سرما، کم آبی و افزایش حاصلخیزی خاک مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. به‌منظور بررسی عملکرد و صفات مورفولوژیکی  44 اکسشن از شش گونه جنس Lathyrus شامل یک اکسشن  L. aphaca var. aphaca، هفت اکسشن L. cassius، یک اکسشن L. chloranthus، دو اکسشن L. cicera، 22 اکسشن L. inconspicuus و نه اکسشن L. sativus، آزمایشی به‌صورت طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی البرز کرج اجرا شد. نتایج نشان دادند که اختلاف معنی‌داری بین اکسشن‌های L. cassius و L. inconspicuus  از نظر خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی به‌جز زمان گلدهی و رسیدگی بذر وجود داشت. اکسشن‌های مورد مطالعه گونه L. sativus علاوه بر زمان گلدهی و رسیدگی بذر تنوعی در وزن خشک گیاه، تولید زیست توده و ویزگی‌های غلاف نیز نشان ندادند. پتانسیل زراعی 44 اکسشن شش گونه مورد مطالعه با منشاء جغرافیایی مختلف در شرایط ثابت مزرعه‌ای نشان داد که عملکرد اکسشن‌های هر گونه هیچ ارتباطی با منشاء جغرافیایی آنها ندارند. این ترتیب می‌توان اظهار نمود که شباهت بین اکسشن‌ها ناشی از منشاء جغرافیایی آنها نبوده و پراکنش طبیعی گونه‌های Lathyrus بوسیله ارقام زراعی منفصل شده است. با این حال، تنوع مشاهده شده نشان می‌دهد که بهبود ژنتیکی با تلاقی و انتخاب به طور بالقوه امکان پذیر است. به‌طوری‌که ظهور همزمان دو صفت عملکرد بالای زیست توده و ارتفاع بلندتر بوته، ویژگی‌ متمایزکننده‌ای تشخیص داده شدند که ‌می‌توان از اکسشن‌هایی با ویژگی‌های فوق را به عنوان والدین استفاده کرد.
