History journal
Iranian Journal of Range and Desert Research (IJRDR) has since 1999. This publication has been published since 2003 with license number 69527 dated 24.02.2003 by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and since 2003 based on letter number 124/18440 dated 08.03.2003 from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology , was published as a research publication by the Research Institute of Forests and Pastures of the country. Iranian Range and Desert Research Journal of the year 2022 has a cooperation agreement with the Iranian Scientific Association of Mangement and Control of Deserts.
The publishing period of this publication is published quarterly. The authors are suggested to continuously check their personal profile on the manuscript portal for updates on the review process.
IJRDR publishes The latest findings and results of research conducted in the field Range and Desert (Range and Desert mangement, Ecology, ethnobotany, Ecosystem Mangement, Wind Erosion and Sediment, New methods of Combatting Desertification, Remote Sencing and Analysis and Assessment of Rangeland, etc).

Open access statement
The Journal of "Iranian Journal of Range and Desert Research" is a quarterly journal with open access. This means that articles can be accessed and downloaded in full text immediately after publication on the journal's website. This publication has been published since 2018 under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0).
Copyright laws
Under an open access license, authors retain copyright for the content of their articles but, they allow others to download, reuse, reprint, modify, distribute and/or copy the content (as long as the original authors and source are correctly mentioned and the original source is correctly cited (more information).
Ethics policies in publishing
The Journal of "Iranian Journal of Range and Desert Research" observes scientific and publication ethics based on the International Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Although this publication has not yet become a definitive member of COPE, it uses their proper guidelines and considers itself committed to its principles (more information).
Plagiarism
Following the regulation of scientific publications of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and in order to protect the rights and intellectual and intellectual property of researchers and prevent the publication of duplicate articles, the journal of "Iranian Journal of Range and Desrt Research" uses the similarity search software (Hamiyab) to ensure the authenticity of the articles sent to this journal. Therefore, it is suggested that respected authors make sure that their article does not overlap with other scientific effects before sending.
Article processing fees
According to the approvals issued by the Department of Research Policy and Planning of the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) and its Secretariat of the Commission of Scientific Journals Evaluation of the MSRT, the manuscript processing charge is 1000000 IRR, followed by an additional 1500000 IRR publication charge in case of acceptance.
